• Provides AI agents for job searching, auto-applying, candidate screening, and interview assistance
• Offers tools and services to streamline the hiring and job search process

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Post discriminatory, offensive, or illegal content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service to compete with us or build a similar service

5. Content and Intellectual Property

• A worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content to provide and improve the Service
• Permission to use your content for AI training and matching purposes
• The right to share your content with relevant employers (for job seekers) or candidates (for employers) as part of the matching process

The Service, including its design, features, AI algorithms, software, and content, is owned by Napplied AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Payment Terms

7.1 Subscription Fees

Certain features of the Service require payment. You agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your subscription plan
• Provide accurate payment information
• Authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring subscriptions
• Pay applicable taxes

7.2 Refunds

Job seekers may use basic features of the Service free of charge. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free features at any time.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8.2 No Employment Guarantee

We do not guarantee job placement, employment, or hiring outcomes. We are a matching platform, not an employment agency. Employers make their own hiring decisions.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Napplied AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Napplied AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

10. Termination

10.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings.

10.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms or our policies
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Fail to pay required fees
• Abuse or misuse the Service

10.3 Effect of Termination
